Protecting Young Lungs: Temple’s Epidemiology Team Tackles Air Pollution’s Impact on Children

Temple University’s College of Public Health is leading a new NIH-funded study on how air pollution affects pediatric respiratory health across New York State. Led by Dr. Erin Kulick from the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, alongside former PRCCEH member co-PI Dr. Marina Feiler, the project will explore the link between air pollution and pediatric hospitalizations. The study will run from August 2024 to August 2026.
