Power in Your Pocket – School IAQ Assessment Mobile App

Conducting walkthrough assessments of your school facility is a key element in maintaining healthy indoor air quality (IAQ)—and EPA has tools to help you assess! Join them for an upcoming webinar about using EPA’s School IAQ Assessment Mobile App to enhance your IAQ management plan. During the webinar, you’ll hear from other school districts conducting walkthrough assessments and learn about ways to integrate the app into your work order processes and procedures, as well as see a detailed guide of how to use the app on your phone or tablet.

Before the webinar, learn more about the app online!  As a “one-stop shop” for accessing EPA’s comprehensive school IAQ management guidance, the app contains detailed walkthrough assessment checklists that address critical building-related environmental health issues such as ventilation, cleaning and maintenance, environmental asthma triggers, radon, and integrated pest management.
