Penn's Environmental Innovations Initiative is leading a talk on the impact of climate change on human health with
Join Moms Clean Air Force, EPA Administrator Michael Regan, and Chelsea Clinton for the inaugural Climate Disruption, Air Pollution, and Young People’s Health summit livestreamed on February 8, 2024 8am-11am.
The event will feature doctors, government officials, mental health experts, and environmental justice advocates and highlight the interconnections between climate and air pollution, public health, and children. It will be exclusively live-streamed by Parents.
Climate Disruption, Air Pollution, and Young People’s Health will bring together experts in two panel discussions focusing on the challenges and solutions surrounding climate change and children. Special attention will be given to understanding the unique vulnerability of babies, children, and adolescents to the impacts of climate and air pollution. Together, we will identify crucial opportunities to shape a brighter future for younger generations.
