James Rebarchak has spent his career with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Air Quality Program, starting in 1990 as an Air Quality Inspector and working his way up to the Environmental Program Manager- Air Quality Division. He oversees a staff of 35 engineers and technical staff that are responsible for permitting and inspecting sources of air pollution in the Southeast Region. Jim will collaborate with Center activities requiring insight and access to data collected in the region.
