Prenatal diet and health: A research journey

This presentation will review the evolution of public health guidelines regarding fish consumption for pregnant women and children. It will include a discussion of the potentially beneficial nutrients and harmful toxicants commonly found in fish, as well as how efforts to communicate this nuanced message have influenced health behaviors.
