These three-year grants are designed to support the coordination between HHP and WAP to maximize the efficiencies of both programs, to reduce WAP deferrals, and demonstrate sustainable models of inter-program cooperation. Healthy Home Production (HHP) grantees and WAP grantees and subgrantees are encouraged to apply. Panelists will discuss the application process, and showcase examples of successful collaborations, with ample time for live Q&A.
