Abby D. Mutic, PhD, MSN, CNM , Assistant Professor and Director, SE Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Unit (Region 4), Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, Emory University
Dr. Mutic is a practicing Certified Nurse Midwife with a translational science research background in perinatal and pediatric environmental exposures and respiratory health outcomes. She oversees multiple community outreach projects in the Southeast and consults with exposed communities and healthcare providers experiencing large and small environmental hazards. Dr. Mutic employs continuous community guidance for research development, interpretation, and educational report-back.
